Spending quality time with your family is a great value. That’s why an idea of taking kids with you when you go out running can’t be a bad idea. Kids need a lot of move, they run every day at school, they run with collegues so they will be delighted running with their parents because it means much more time spent together.
It depends of the age of your kids if they will understand what’s exactly running as a sport. But slowly, step by step they will ask questions, they will watch you running and when they will see you’re happy and positive, they will obviously join your team with pleasure. Let them to choose clothes made especially for them as a functional pants and functional top. Feel free to answer their questions about shoes they need but leave a choice for them –that will motivate them. Think about that time you will have, think about the results that will keep them smiling and try to accept that they need competitions sometimes so run as fast as you can – who will be the first at home? Running gives positive emotions it also takes energy so you need to rememeber about food. Good choice is to take a protein bar with you and to eat it when you feel a bit weak.
Family need you so run as long as you can and as long as you feel happy. It doesn’t matter about the age because running is good for kids as well as for seniors. Be careful when you start running and let your body to feel that energy. Don’t loose your hope – take vitamins and enjoy a fat reduction and muscle regeneration. Healthy food will be accepted also by kids.
